Shipping Policy
We currently ship throughout the U.S. and internationally. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped unforeseeable events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

Return Policy
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods/Services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 3 business days.

The Goods are in the original packaging, undamaged, shipped back express and not rearranged.

The Services on digital products are final sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Digital products will be delivered no later than 48 business hours after purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The following delivery of Services cannot be returned:

When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else. If you wish to purchase company-wide access, please get in touch.

By purchasing access, you agree to FOAG using your participation in publicity materials and listing you as a customer on the FOAG website.

Return, refund and cancellation policy: Our policy is not to offer refunds on Digital Products. Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please get in contact with us and we shall consider your individual request. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Digital Products will be revoked.

Delivery policy: Digital Products bought through the FOAG Store are delivered via FOAG doing business as Facets of a God/Goddess Corp. Videos are delivered by a choice of two methods; (1) via digital video streaming and (2) via download to your personal computer (click on the download link labelled "download the video here" on each video's page).

The Facets of a God/Goddess reserves all other rights.

The Facets of a God/Goddess provides no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the Digital Products. FOAG will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide availability. In the event of continued unavailability, The Facets of a God/Goddess Corp will make commercially reasonable efforts to make the Digital Products available to download locally. Any Digital Products which are purchased on a subscription basis will be subject to the following:

“Monthly” subscriptions will be charged each month on the same day as the day of the month when subscription was first activated.

“Annual” subscriptions will be charged each year on the same day and month as the day and month as when subscription was first activated.

If the charge is scheduled for a day that does not exist in the month being charged (for example the 31st June), then the charge will instead occur on the last day of that month.
